Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We currently offer Insured Shipping at a flat rate of €3.99, free on orders over €50.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and typically range from 5 to 20 business days after your order has shipped. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, local carrier delays, or other events outside our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, where available.

DAMAGES
By Perpetual is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or us directly to file a claim.
